Contact Krav training is designed to bring the student to a strong level
of fighting proficiency in a short period of time. This training will
provide the student reality based tactics to deal effectively and
brutally with violent attacks and weapon threats. The training is
Israel's military hand-to-hand fighting system and that of many of
their elite forces.
The
reality is that most styles of training are not teaching effective
weapons defenses for modern day threats. Most schools don't teach gun
or knife defenses at all. These are part of our specialty in the
Israeli Fighting arts.
Ellie Avikzar, as head of the Israeli military Krav Maga was
integral in the development of many of these tactics, for not only the
average Israeli soldier, but also for the Special Forces and Anti
Terrorist units.
